Washington Lead Litigation Attorney
Wool Landon® needs experienced first chair Oregon and Washington litigators to support our high net-worth clients and families with probate and trust related disputes. Headquartered in Tigard, Oregon, we are reaching deeper into the state of Washington for a senior level attorney or attorneys. Our Candidate
Our new litigator has established business in the state of Washington in Clark County, Spokane, Tri-Cities, or the Puget Sound area, has business development skills with the ability to connect with people and develop client relationships. This is a lead attorney position where you will manage cases, supervise your team and take the lead in court. You will be provided with the needed administrative support so that you can focus on what you do best: practicing law.
Required:
- Minimum 8 years of active civil litigation experience
- Probate, guardianship, and trust litigation experience highly desired
- Member of the Oregon and/or Washington State Bar in good standing
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Significant Courtroom Experience
- Supervise & Mentor Legal Team

Wool Landon® needs an experienced lead estate planning paralegal NOW. This is a terrific opportunity for team collaboration, client-facing communication, and file administration.
