Patty Flynn

Patty Flynn is an experienced civil litigator. She began her legal career in Texas assisting clients in many civil litigation matters, honing her litigation skills with large-scale litigation projects including construction defects, pharmaceuticals, securities, antitrust, compliance, risk management controls, shareholder derivative claims, and trust and will disputes. She relocated to Oregon in 2021, where she continued her litigation practice.

Patty joined Wool Landon’s litigation team in early 2025 to support Wool Landon trusts and estates attorneys and clients with early dispute resolution and, when necessary, into the courtroom as a first chair trial attorney.
